The first International School of Hotel Receptionists is born

Founded and created by the Hotels themselves to provide Quality Training, professional and of the highest level, the International School of Hotel Receptionists , based in Barcelona, was born with a direct participation of hotel establishments, with their hotel training managers and executives responsible for the management of the Reception and Hotel Management Department.

The school responds to the demands of the hotel sector to provide good professionals in reception services and customer service. The goal is to train and prepare the best receptionists to offer the quality that customers need.

The Hotel Receptionist School is the only one in the country that is dedicated exclusively and face to face to the training of receptionists. The academic methodology is direct, practical, efficient and with a single objective: to train students for an immediate incorporation to a Hotel Reception position, forming in a unique and exclusive environment with the daily work tools of the reception.

Excellence in customer service

The founder and director of the School, Óscar Sánchez , explains that "we want to instill excellence in the way of serving the clients of a hotel, in order to offer the best of the experiences to the clients from an impeccable and professional reception service. "

The intention of the center is to place students "at the epicenter of all our programs and courses, resulting in excellent training, relevant and valuable preparation, and being a positive, transformative and hopeful reference for many people".

Recognized by hotel chains, independent hotels, Hotel Associations from different countries in Europe, Asia, the United States and Australia, the Job Board of the school has job offers both in hotels in Spain and abroad.
